How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Find your order confirmation email sent to the email address you used at checkout. The email subject line is "Your Wild Land Camping Order Confirmation".

Step 2: In the email, look for your tracking number and the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx).

Step 3: Click the tracking link in your email, or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number manually.

Shipping Timeframes

Order Processing: 1–2 business days
Delivery (USA): 3–5 business days via UPS or FedEx
Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed on the same day; orders after this time will be processed on the next business day

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I haven't received my tracking number. What should I do?

A: Tracking numbers are usually sent within 1–2 business days of placing your order. If you haven't received it after 3 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Q: My tracking number is not working. Why?

A: It can take 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system after you receive the tracking number. Please try again after 1–2 business days.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order may already be processed and changes may no longer be possible.
